He had extensive experience in Psychiatry, orthopaedics and rural health in India before relocating to Australia and working in Emergency Medicine in Ballarat and settling in Warrnambool in 2006.
Surinder has particular interests in Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, men’s health and minor procedures and has 10 years’ experience in Aboriginal health.
Dr Singh is multilingual and speaks fluent English, Punjabi and Hindi.
Dr Perera is based at our Mortlake branch. Her area of special interest is Dermatology (skin conditions).
Dr Perera speaks fluent English and also Sinhalese.

Since then she has worked in Diabetes education in both the public and private hospital system before settling into private practice in 2016.
Anita specialises in all facets of diabetes management including Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes, diabetes technology, insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring.
Anita has extensive experience with weight loss management incorporating lower carb healthy fat living and medical weight loss options.
She also has a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping manage symptoms and improve overall wellbeing during this important life stage.
Her care is focused on listening, education, and working together to create personalised plans that fit each person’s goals and lifestyle.

Melissa is committed to delivering inclusive, confidential, and patient centred care, supporting individuals to make informed decisions about their health at every stage of life.
Dr Bell moved to Warrnambool in 2015, where she completed studies to become a specialist generalist receiving her fellowship from RACGP in 2018.
Dr Bell works across both our Mortlake and Warrnambool branches and enjoys continuity of care in all aspects from birth to end of life.

A GP for more than 20 years, she has a broad range of experience and qualifications in Obstetrics, Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Medicine for the Elderly and Mental Health.
She provides Shared Antenatal Care Services with Southwest Health Care and is a medical educator at Deakin Medical School Warrnambool.
Dr Ramsbottom has a passion for and vast experience with adolescent and young adult health, particularly contraceptive advice, pre-pregnancy planning and fertility.
Outside work, she enjoys running and supporting her kids from the sidelines in soccer, cricket and all their other activities.
