Our Payment Details
Consultations at our clinic are billed privately. Payment is required at each consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card unless other payment arrangements have been made with us in advance. The Medicare rebate is deposited directly into your account at the same time as long as you have registered for same day claiming.
We review our billing policy and charges annually allowing us to maintain the highest level of care for our patients regardless of income. Any patient with a chronic disease management care plan will be bulk-billed, however, if you are experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to discuss this with your doctor or our practice manager.
If you have a Workcover or TAC claim number, please let us know. If you don’t provide us with your claim number, your consultation will be charged privately and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from Workcover or TAC.
Out of hours or urgent consultations are billed privately.
