Please make an appointment to discuss all clinical needs or issues with your GP. We do not communicate any clinical questions with our patients via Facebook or email.
Emergencies

Emergencies should be dealt quickly. If you are experiencing symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, slurred speech, severe burns or allergic reactions, call 000 immediately or go to the Emergency Department at South West Healthcare Ryot Street, Warrnambool for help.
Regular Appointments
Our clinic is open for appointments Monday to Friday 9am -5pm. Make an appointment by phoning (03) 5561 2425, or book online at www.hotdoc.com.au. The Hotdoc app is free to download to your phone or device and you can choose the best appointment time available for you.
Our regular appointments are for 15 minutes but longer appointments of 30 minutes can be booked for complex issues if they are needed.
Urgent Appointments
We know you can’t always plan ahead and you may need to see your doctor urgently. For that reason, our clinic keeps several appointment spaces available each day for urgent cases.
Call the clinic on (03) 5561 2425 and our nursing staff will triage how quickly we can see you or book online at any time at www.hotdoc.com.au
After Hours
Our clinic is open on alternate Saturday afternoons between 2pm and 5pm for the care of our patients. Saturday appointments can be made by phoning the clinic on (03) 5561 2425 after 1:30pm on Saturday or you can book online at www.hotdoc.com.au at any time.
Urgent after hours care is for our existing patients and is at the discretion of your doctor. Contact the clinic or go to the Emergency Department at South West Healthcare Ryot Street, Warrnambool for help.
